My favorite expression of all time is "When it rains, it pours." Not because I think it's the most brilliant thing anyone ever said, but it's always rung so true for me.
So anyway, I made these shoes! Well, I didn't make them. A machine in China did. But I made them pretty.
The operating theory here is: you're only young once, you may as well wear silly shoes. Plus, they make me happy, so that's that. On my feet they go!
The irony is that these shoes can't be worn in rain at all until I Scotch-guard them.
